The Ballena Bay Touwnhouses are a group of 80 townhomes on a protected waterway that connects directly to San Francisco Bay. Each home has it own deepwater dock. with slip lengths varying from 35' to 65'. Homeowner dues include maintance of marina, roofs, siding, painting, streets and landscaping. Also included in dues is garbage collection and street lighting.
